This has a large tank on the back. Seller believes this was in the military. There appear to be a couple data plates on the dash, but otherwise this looks civilian to me. Thanks to Brian for spotting it.

If it was military the tag would give a date and other vital info. (What does it say???). The yellow (original?) paint under the passenger seat would tell me that it was possibly a state or county truck. The front bumper appears to be military.
