“This trailer has been paired with my 1951 M38 jeep for over 40years at least. Just recently sold the jeep and the buyer didnt want the trailer. Yes, it has a few rust spots but is very strong in the places it needs to be. Tires do stay aired up”
Was trailer like this ever “military”? It certainly has the look, and would be great with any flat fender jeep… just wondering. I bet it sells fast at just $500 asking price.
Doesn’t look like military. T-3, M100, and M416 did not have stake pockets or tailgate. Tie downs are in wrong place. Fenders aren’t correct. T-3 and M100 had full floating hubs.
I’m with Brian on this. I think this was civilian. I don’t recognize the inside with the interior slots for sides. Of course, they could have been added by an owner.
Too long and too wide for a jeep trailer . Does not look like a Spen trailer , could be a Converto ?
Looks similar to a Spen trailer.
