UPDATE: Still Available.
(08/17/2015) Has no title. I think “somewhat original” is more honest. Does have a PTO.

“This is an almost all original 1947 CJ2A Jeep Willys. Great shape for its age. Still 6v system. Painted as a military jeep but from what I can find it was one of the civilian models made just after WWII. I DO NOT have a Title.
New battery, plugs, wires, coil, rebuilt starter. Good compression turns over fine. I have not at this time of posting this have the motor running. I am currently working on it.
Carburetor needs rebuilt and transmission shifting arm need cleaned so it will go into gear. Needs some wiring redone. I am sure it will need fluids changed and would make a great authentic after the war era jeep.
Looks more like a John Deere than military. Lot of details not taken care of for that price. No title and not running at this time for 8g’s. Need to raise my prices.
It’s plain ol’ ugly
I live a few miles from Tonganoxie. I spotted this Jeep on CL shortly after I moved to KS in June 2016. It’s been for sale quite awhile. I keep meaning to go take a look and maybe make an offer. Looks like it has potential, but even at the current price I think he’s too high.
