For the price it ought to have combat rims. The windshield has worn a spot on the cowl. Given the alternator, it seems to be 12 volt.

As you mentioned, besides combat rims, needs top bows and top, correct steel spoke steering wheel, 6-volt original type military regulator and generator at the minimum for a asking price such as this in IMHO.
