I believe this is a factory-done parkway conversion, as it has rivets/screws between the two rear windows (Please advise if I’ve got this wrong). This may have a government plate, too.

Looks like a Parkway Conversion to me.
Can’t be too many of those with a tornado engine!
The screws confirm it’s a Traveller, ’63 or ’64. Anyone interested should ask the seller for a picture of the nomenclature plate on th glove box door. It will confirm a few things such as the date of delivery to the government.
