Dave, the term “unique paint job” is very generous, I had other adjectives that came to mind.
Judging by the length of grass underneath, it has been sitting for awhile. It would have probably been a good idea to move it to a new spot.
OR the grass sitting on the inside of the rims (I didn’t notice that last night)? Yeah, it’s been sitting.
