UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5200. Note the steering setup.
(06/28/2017) This runs and drives, though the seller indicates there could be some work to be done.
“1955 Willys Station Wagon 2wd with Ford 289 V8 engine and C6 automatic transmission. Power steering, A/C (needs compressor), tilt steering column, and custom interior. 2 sets of wheels, 2 sets of hub caps, 1 set of spinners, and 2 extra hoods. New tires, distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, and spark plug wires. Steering and front suspension need work, but vehicle runs good and drives for short distances. You will probably need trailer unless local to Bryan/College Station.”
I strongly suggest that any potential buyer look at the dangerous rack and pinion steering set up. There’s no way I would drive it at any speed faster than 30 mph, and then only to get it to the garage.
Excellent point. I had not studied the steering setup on this. That setup worries me, too.
