This truck appears to have a rare set of HUB LOK hubs. My research suggested they were produced by the Dana Corp. The only set I’ve run across for sale were sold out of Georgia, so maybe the hubs had more popularity in that area??

UPDATE: IT LOOKS LIKE THIS TRUCK HAS SOLD. WAS LISTED AT $7000.

Time to sell Willy, Email your number or with questions and I’ll forward my number. Include the best time to call you back. Craig’s list has lost control of trying to protect my phone number and I’m tired of getting nuisance calls. If the only question you can come up with is “is it still available” do not expect a response, if the ad is up, its still for sale.
Bill of sale only, no title. Currently registered and insured.
Trades? Not likely.
Fun to drive and get lots of looks and complements but it’s a work in progress.
1961 Willys Jeep Truck. Original running gear T90 with a 283 Chevy V8 motor that runs strong.
Starts up and drives. Not sure I would drive it to California but thinking it would get you there if you were up for the challenge.
Known issues:
Runs hot on hot days. Installed a cooling fan and that seems to have cured it. But the heat coming into the cab on a 90 degree day is a bit much. No AC. Does not overheat.
Locking front hub on passenger side giving me fits, works sometimes, sometimes not. Hasn’t been an issue. Mostly just hard to lock and unlock. But rarely use 4×4, so hasn’t been enough trouble to worry about.
Gas tank filler leaks. Cannot be all that hard to fix, just don’t remember to do it until I fill the tank.
Great project for someone to take it to the next level or drive it as is.
Logo on the side will be removed upon sale. It is a vinyl application and removes easily (hopefully).
would like to view in person and make an offer. in town till fri, from marietta but living out of the area at the moment . 330 459 7124 Bill
