“Up for Auction is a Power Takeoff Package for a Willys CJ2A or CJ3A Jeep. I have owned this for the last 37 years and it is in excellent condition and works perfectly. The auction includes the following items shown in the photos:
The Power Takeoff [Transmission PTO]
The PTO Leather Shift Boot with steel square retaining bracket
PTO Drive Shaft
Rear Gear box [Farm Box]
Flat Belt Pulley [Drum] Attachment
Flat Belt Pulley [14 feet long]
King Seeley Servo Governor with mounting bracket
Governor drive belt [fan belt]
Governor to Carburetor linkage

This unit functions correctly and operates smoothly. The Governor works in all positions and engages properly under load. I have operated a buzz saw with this several times over the 37 years that I have owned the Jeep and it works flawlessly.
These units rarely come up for auction as a package and if you are considering one for your jeep it may take months or years to come up with all the parts included in this package. This is your chance to get an excellent working PTO system in one purchase! All parts are period correct with the exception of the drive shaft – this one has a U joint on each end rather than a ” Ball and Trunion” joint . The drive shaft U joints are perfect and the drive shaft is balanced and works the same as the original ball and tunion type did. The package comes with the mounting fasteners shown in the photos.
