UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7500.
(04/11/2016) Not many of these around.
“1974 CJ6 rare right hand drive. Western vehicle from South Dakota. Runs and drives with rebuilt carb . Exhaust manifold has a crack but have a replacement part. Brakes need going through. Have bikini top and soft half doors”
Dave, you are right about that, I have not seen more than two of these myself.
probably a reason for that. i don’t want a right hand drive anything.
That’s cool. Located in Rapid City, SD 😉
Look very Nice! Rear seat and … Side step! I’m so used to look for them!
Just because something is rare, doesn’t make it valuable….
Hum…It’s a point of view. Toilet paper is rare in the woods but when you need it, It’s valuable. 😉
Great comments. I’d think being right hand drive would up the value some. Has the full hard top and V6, I’d say they are close on a value.
I believe it’s rapid city South Dakota not Iowa. And it shouldn’t have a v6 if that comment is confusing anyone. I have seen only a couple of 70’s cj6’s none were right hand drive
Dave … yes it is. I keep getting Sioux City, Iowa, mixed up with Rapid City, South Dakota. I apologize to any citizens I might have offended!
I think it’s pretty cool as a right hand drive. Makes it unique
It’s coming to CT. Hope I don’t kill myself driving on the wrong side ?
That’s cool Vito. Glad you got it.
Congrats Vito. Nice to see this one finally found a home. Good luck with the drive!

i have one equal in Italy, right guidance and taillights themselves on the fenders, found in a deposit of military vehicles
David you know the history of the jeep you sold? you know where it comes from?
Ostillo,
Could you send me some pics? It would be great to document. Send them to d@ewillys.com if you have the opportunity. Thanks for the note!
– Dave
Ostillo,
It isn’t my jeep. I run eWillys. Vito might know more about the history of the jeep.

I have a 1974 not quite as nice but it’s right hand drive and it has a 232
Right hand steering was used by some rural mail carries since many mail boxes were to their tight driving down the roads.
Dave, maybe I’m missing it but is there Craigslist link?
oops: https://newlondon.craigslist.org/cto/d/1974-jeep-cj6/6299377942.html
This has been sold.
Thanks for the update Vito!
