UPDATE: Barry noticed that this may very well be a photo with FDR in the passenger side of the jeep. 1) He spent extended periods of time in Georgia, 2) the side would have been cut to make it easier for him to get in the jeep, and 3) it looks quite a bit like FDR.
No date on the photo. The jeep to the left has had some modifications done to the entry area.

Well, what one has here is a Military Review before a simulated battle on a test range, probably Ft Benning GA. Your right Dave about the Jeep being modified on the passenger side.
Hello Dave,
Photo is taken in Rabat, Morocco, during President Franklin D. Roosevelt review of American troops, 21 January 1943, during Casablanca Conference.
Here is another pic of the same jeep with modifications (lower acces and higher passenger seat) made to help President FDR to sit on the jeep.

Cool, same jeep right down to the markings on the hood, fire extinguisher, side bar, modified seat bottom, modified muffler on right side unless it’s very early model. It does look like the steering column is mounted to the dash differently. So the location was wrong but it was FDR though. Cool beans, which I had purchased it.
Thanks Javier!
