“I have for sale a 1947 CJ2A, Vin 201566. I have many spare parts to go along with the vehicle. I was going to restore it, but my vw vanagon blew a headgasket when my wife and I were heading to Kansas City. Needless to say, the vanagon needs a new engine not including the labor involved. The 47 body wise is in good shape. There are a few spots here and there. I have owned it for a couple of years and it runs excellent. I have a complete brand new suspension kit for it. Other parts include the following:

1 spare rim and tire
2 three spare tubes
3 2 glass bowl fuel pumps
4 spare Carter wo carburetor
5 Complete engine gasket kit
6 high jack
7 spare oil bath unit
8 Koenig hard top
9 rear seat
10 two new bezels
11 spare ignition
12 two starters
13 heater
14 tire carrier
15 gas can holder
16 new front pulley

I also have a rope seal for the rear main, which does have a leak. The frame has had some work done to it. I was going to buy another one for it and transfer all the body parts and essentials over. It has new wheel cylinders all around to include the master cylinder. It will need a new speedometer cable. The engine was rebuilt by the previous owner and has roughly 4,000 miles on it. I am asking $4,500 obo for the vehicle and all parts that go with it as a package.”
