Doesn’t run. Has some M-38 data plates, but otherwise looks like a CJ-3A.

Could have been a military/govt. 3A.

I guess that’s possible. I’m not sure when the government started using the government plates to identify civilian vehicles purchased for the military.

I think the pop rivets probably mean something added by owner. I guess we will never know, post deleted!
