UPDATE **SOLD** Was $3750.
“I have a 1951 Willys Jeep and I am looking to trade for a pre smog muscle car or truck. The jeep is in pretty good condition besides interior and a couple spots on the body. The jeep is running and driving it has a Chevrolet GM Goodwrench crate 350 runs great! Starts right up. 3 speed with overdrive. Brakes need to be worked on. Trade for pre smog V8 muscle car or truck”
Oh boy, another truly stock jeep, huh. Seats again, rear bumper, steering wheel, rear gas tank, antenna, rear fender flares. Where’s the tailgate and corner bow supports? Ok, I’ll stop
I have never seen a flat fender with steel half doors, gives it an unusual look. The rear filler looks like it was done well, but probably would have better out the back. I think the jeep is missing right rear wheel flare.
That cut of door seems to have been available in mid-california. I don’t know who sold them, but I have seen them on several jeeps for sale in that area.
This seems pretty cool, and not a bad price. I like the deep dish wheels (paint em yellow); those doors, that vintage car steering wheel, and that rear bumper are pretty interesting, too… not to disagree with the previous comments (all valid)… I just think this has value as is: even the somewhat messed-up paint/patina 🙂
Dave,
If memory serves me right and, it often doesn’t, those doors were from “Archer Brothers” in the 70’s.

J.R.,
That’s entirely possible. They look similar to, but not quite like, the Harris Dura-Door, which was advertised in Four Wheeler Magazine in 1966 and later: http://www.ewillys.com/wp-content/uploads2/2016/10/1966-06-fourwheeler-dura-doors.jpg
