Most sources indicate that no 1951Jeepsters were built, but many left over 1950s were renumbered by the factory as 1951 models. If so, this is the 38th 4 cylinder Jeepster that shows up with the new for 1951 model numbering system. 4=4 cylinder 51= year model BA1=Jeepster 10038= 38th in the production line. Numbers started at 10001.
