It’s great to look closely at Charles’ pictures. The people, the faces, uniforms, buildings, terrain and of course the jeeps!
The pictures of the jeeps with the machine guns are interesting. The rear half of the jeeps seem to be reinforced with steel plate for strength or for bullet proofing. This is the first time I have seen this modification, but I have seen photos of armor plated jeeps before.
