Looks like it might have had a PTO. There’s a hole in the center floor area.

hey guys, I just got done checking this out. I’m not a jeep expert, but I do know some things about cars. Let me tell you what I saw. This thing looks like it just got towed from an old barn and dropped here. A lot of holes in the body designed to have items bolted/screwed into, are ripped out. For example the windshield hold down clamps are missing and now have bailing wire in its place. The hat channel wood is exposed and rotted under passenger seat. And the body mount bolt is ripped through. That’s just what I saw walking around it. It looks like the most of the body has been skimmed over (cracking bondo) Body needs LOTS of work. Frame looks great, Underneath is still covered in spiderwebs and dry weeds and oil/grease covering trans T/C and rear axle. Its almost all there but needs a complete restore. I would offer less.
Thanks for the report!
A couple more things.. the latches in the tool box doors work good, the electrical plug has been removed and a has a metal disc covering the hole. And due to the fact there are a couple aftermarket gauges by mounted under the light switch area lends to believe that the factory ones don’t work. But they are there.
