“ONE SF/ROCKEGROUP VERSION IN THE WORLD AVAILABLE FOR CIVILIAN SALE! Tomcar originated in Israel building custom utility vehicles for their military. Currently TOMCAR provides numerous units in varied configurations to allied governments, law enforcement agencies, the mining industry, and recently civilians.
Rockegroup, LLC contracted with TOMCAR to replace their fleet of Polaris vehicles with the proviso Rockegroup editions conformed and mated with the logistical requirements inherent with our day to day operations; these contract units have numerous non catalog upgrades which are subsequently listed. Yes the civilian legal M249 SAW Squad Automatic Weapon is included and is legal for you to own without a stamp; if you can buy a .22 caliber pistol you can buy these! Rockegroup units start life comparable to the TOMCAR TM4; any semblance and or resemblance pretty much ceases soon thereafter. Rockegroup editions are full blown Desert Tan; every part piece and chunk prior to manufacture has been meticulously primed buttered and booth sprayed with state of the art matte Desert Tan.
Civilian TM4 units are always base black with an overspray of your color choice.. so your rollbars, interior parts, undercarriage etc are semi gloss black. Not ours! Rockegroup editions have custom built (xwide) front cargo platforms and rear cargo platforms. Civilian TM4 units do not (though the 2 door version can be ordered with a front rack). Rockegroup editions have military grade custom tires ordered, inspected, and installed by TOMCAR- Spartan Series Run Flats 12 ply w/ hybrid wall. Matching Pelican watertight firearms case permanently attached front (port). Matching NATO jerry can rear storage platform with matching water can. Spare tire with adaptor so will fit front and or rear. Plug in electric socket for mini air compressor.
Full rollbar system, padded, with full semi-permanent vehicle cab cover. Again, civilian covers are in black and this custom built roof and side system is not available on civilian units. This cover is removable but it takes approx one hour to do so properly. Permanently attached matching small arms ammunition cannisters both port and starboard, total two. All custom TOMCAR rims in matching Desert Tan, again not available civvie versions. Medical Aid kit starboard rear is a flip open Pelican container which when released locks level. Matching Desert Tan FN M249 SAW squad Automatic Weapon included, paratrooper version, collapsible stock.
PRP custom ordered seating system, custom color, custom manufacture, not available on civvie versions. Street legal (depending on state) with horn, turn signals, rear view and side view mirrors, seatbelts, high beams, windshield wipers, windshield washers, speedometer, odometer, full digital roll thru diagnostics. All lighting is upgraded RIGID state of the art; full light bar is for off road use only due to it’s extreme power. Full light bar has standard white blinding light which can be turned off and switched to subdued tactical amber colored lighting.
Winch system can be operated from inside the cab using the permanently affixed control panel OR can be operated remotely with the included remote set. Gasoline engine and no you do not want diesel kids.. diesel engine weighs more, less horsepower, less gas mileage, and no a diesel will NOT last longer. Please note although you can run this tactical vehicle with both the front and rear platforms UP to utilize as ballistic and fragmentation cover ie use as shields from incoming fire and or grenade/mortar fragments this will void the warranty and is not recommended ( Ok I made that up Rahm @ TOMCAR will honor the warranty as long as less than 60 rounds have impacted and they are 7.62 Nato or lesser caliber).
