UPDATE: Still Available.
(10/21/2016) Nice looking Shriner jeep.
“A great running Jeepster that is parade ready! With bells, whistles and horns – really!
No rust and an interesting metallic paint scheme.
Have a little fun with this one!
Now owned by a Museum and it’s time to reduce some inventory.”

Dave, is the filter on this Jeepster what you’re looking for? And does the DJ-5’s use this filter system. If they do I know of a DJ-5 bone yard no more than 20 miles from me. I’ve been wanting to get lost in there for years. Let me know and I think I might could be prodded into going.
Barry,
I’ll be damned. It sure looks like the correct top to the filter!
I haven’t seen any evidence that DJ-5s used the dry filter.

The air filter on this 6 cylinder Jeepster was not stock when new, but probably added later when the Shriner who owned it did the extra doodads they added to their Jeepsters. The top looks right though!
I can see those Shriners riding around wearing their FEEZ HATS. Not olny can you buy this Jeepster on eBay, you can also buy the feez hats.
