Are those normal weight tie-downs? I’ve never noticed those on other jeeps.

Don’t think so. Mine just has bolts thru the frame.
Looks like some thing else was installed over it, maybe a snow plow mount that went thru the original mounting holes, definitely thought provoking.

Larry, well that’s what I thought, too. And, it doesn’t seem like whatever was on top of the weight should have affected the ability to bolt it down.
