Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

It’s a 49 Station Wagon. He’s got pictures up now, but the guy’s a bit squirrely.
I offered in $500 as it’s pretty gutted, and he said he’d do 600. I asked him a few questions about condition and then when I said I’d do $600 he came back with “I took off the front axle and tailgate, and I’ll do $700”
so I wouldn’t recommend dealing with him.
Thanks for the note Keith. I’ll update the post and give a heads up to potential buyers.

No problem, someone might be willing to pay what he’s asking, but its been gutted more than even the pictures show. It’s basically a dented body, right fender is thrashed, a rusted engine in need of a lot of work, and a rear axle sitting on a frame. He’s probably willing to sell the tailgate and front axle as well, but you’d have to put the axle back together before you could load the thing on a trailer easily.
But as a side note, I don’t suppose you’ve seen anything in the southwest recently for cheap that’s got a decent set of rims on it? I’m looking ot replace some scout rims on a CJ-2A
Keith, I will keep an eye out for a set also. I live in Tucson. Have you tried Willys Works..

I’ve looked at a few used parts dealers, but not them specifically. And they all seem to want around $150 each which seems a bit crazy when that’s $750 for a set of 5, and I’ve seen rust bucket jeeps with usable rims, and plenty of spare parts on here for around a thousand. So I’ve been looking for a jeep, wagon, or truck rust bucket that I could take the rims off, and use as a parts bin for restorations.
