We know a couple of these exist. One sold back in 2014.The fire truck has “Blitz Wagon” on it, while the company marketed it as a “Blitz Buggy” The company that produced these was the Hi Pressure Fog Equipment Company.

Frank is correct. That is a first generation “F” series. 1948-1952 F-3: Heavy Duty 3/4 ton (6,800 GVWR max.)
My father took the pictures for the company and my brother and I donated them to the Old Forge, NY historical society.
