There’s not date on this brochure, but I’d guess 1956 or slightly later. There’s no sense that the CJ-5 is “new” in the brochure.

the ventilating windshields are split. My 59 CJ5 has it. Sort of rare, you do not see too many..

Me either. Maybe folks are swapping in one piece windshields when adds to the confusion?
