Seems like it is missing an oil filter.
“1947 cj2a. Runs and drives. New carb, gas tank lines and pump. Front brakes, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, shoes and lines. Water pump, thermostat, hoses. Too much to list. 12v system. Rewired new resister and alternator. Took the points out of the distributor and installed magnetic hot spark system to make it like a solid state distributor. Runs and drives. No title, bill of sale only.$3000 obo”
A lot of folks just run the oil line from the block to the timing gear cover and eliminate the oil filter and just change the oil every 1,000 miles. Some suggest that the filter starves the timing gear of oil and causes more problems than dirty oil.
I’ve also seen many folks relocate the filter when they put an alternator in for more clearance. With longer oil lines you can literally put it anywhere under the hood.

What’s up with most of the head bolts/nuts? Doesn’t appear there’s much of the studs in the nuts? Just wondering if they’re just glued on.
