Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

This truck has the wrong cab and doors and front fenders for a 48 as well. Looks more like 52 or 53. Maybe title got mixed up with another truck or a later body on an early chassis? Regardless, it’s a really nice looking truck.
Yeah. The gauges say it’s a 1952 to early 1956.
Thanks guys. I guess I need a lesson on doors any gauges.
The small rear window eliminates 54-56. I wonder what engine it has in it?
That’s one the great thing about being able to leave comments. Creates the opportunity for all of us learn.
Dave, see post 22 in this thread for gauge overview (with pictures). I had some help making it accurate: http://www.oldwillysforum.com/forum/showthread.php?901-Pictures-of-dashboards-from-different-years/page3
Joe’s right. I zoomed in on the picture and it really looks to be the Art Deco 1952 to early 1956 gauges, so if the truck is one truck (and not a Jeep salad), then it’s a 1952-1953.
The Willys is a 1950. I have to change the Ad. I just checked the title. Sorry for the confusion.
Thanks Alex. Quick question: does the speedo go from 0 to 8 (with a classic font) or from 0 to 9 (with an Art Deco-type font).
