Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Wonder if it survived. It sure is a cool looking fuel truck.
It sure would be cool to find something like this. I was thinking about buying that Jeep tool box thing a few weeks ago, but have a project I’m into deep right now.
Don’t see the ground cable that one is supposed to use when refueling! Hope the Jeep survived!!
Seems like it would be a fairly easy fab for a steel guy on a tired old flatfender body. It sure would be cool painted up like this one.
Check out the glass bottles with the metal funnels peaking out from behind the front seat. Motor Oil.
And the air tank on the front bumper for pumping up tires.
It would be neat to fake up a replica. The fuel tank appears to be about the same size and shape as a home heating oil tank, just laid on its side.
grounding cable is hanging off the front bumper
You mean the rubber hose “grounding cable”?
I think that is the air hose hanging off the front bumper. The grounding cable goes from the fuel truck and attaches to an exposed unpainted metal part on the plane. Probably not visible in this photo.
We always clamped our grounds to a pin in the concrete
It’s the air hose routing from the valve on the air tank. A ground must be hidden behind the Jeep.
