UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $24,500.
Mark just listed this at warjeeps.com. It doesn’t have the correct solid rims.
“Delivery date 12/15/1941. Complete body off restoration. Completely rebuilt motor with less than 20 hours. Still 6 volt with complete new wiring. New starter and generator. Beautiful Jeep!
Please do not text me about this Jeep. I will gladly accept phone calls.”
Did 41 slat grills have a glove compartment on the dash?
Approximately the first 20,000 had no glove box and the next 5,000 had a glove box (25,808 in all).
Slats did not have Glove boxes till 42 so the body is wrong for a 12/15/41 jeep !!!
I sure did have a brain fart on that one. I forgot how late the glove box arrived. Thanks for correcting me Geoff (and sorry for confusing you Mike)!
Is this Willys still available? After 3 years, really? If so then it’s a wonder.
Hi Ethan,
Nope, this one has sold. I am rarely notified when a jeep is sold, so many older posts still have prices. I update the older links as frequently as I can, but old posts with prices are still on the site. One reason for this is that eWillys is not a normal auction or classified site. It is my vintage jeep research site, but I share it with folks to help match sellers with buyers. If you ever have any questions, just ask!
Thanks,
– Dave
