This looks to have a set of Warn summer hubs. It’s got a CJ engine. It also has an interesting rear cargo area. Sure looks to have parts value.

Looks like an original GPW radiator. Agree this is at least $650 in parts value and could possibly be a restoration candidate, although there’s a LOT of metal to cut off the rear of the body… and that tire bracket has to go.
