UPDATE: Ann was in quite a bit of pain last night. The pain was so intense that she could barely talk. After an hour or so at the VA’s ER, the doc was able to alleviate the sharp pains she felt in Ann’s head and left eye, but they could not locate the source of the problem. A CT scan revealed nothing.
We returned home this evening. The pain is much less (she is joking around), but she still can’t sit up for long without nausea (I made her a big bed in the back of the jeep). So, we will see how things progress …

Sorry to hear about Ann. I used to get debilitating headaches with massive pain behind my eye so bad in fact I too went to the hospital. They couldn’t find anything even after a scan, but I kept getting them so my wife and I began looking at my diet. We narrowed it down to microwave popcorn (TBHQ). Stopped eating it, and have never had another headache. Hope its something as simple. Good Luck.
Dave, I’m confused. What about the big bed in the back? In a JEEP? Shouldn’t that of fixed everything? Ok, I’m not a real doctor, but I feel better just reading about that. All kidding aside, I hope Ann gets better real soon. Our prayers go out to you both.
Hope Ann is doing better,
-Merlin
Hey guys ,our thoughts are with you both. Hope your feeling better Ann!!!
Thinking of you both.
Ann, our prayers are with you, that the Doctors are able to quickly diagnose the problem and return you to good health. We are also praying for you Dave, as it’s always harder when someone else is hurting.
Good luck with Ann, all the best.
Hope she will be ok soon. We send you positive energy.
So…migraine? Sphenoid sinusitis can cause monocular eye pain, though typically not so acutely. I hope she will be seeing a neurologist, even if the pain abates.
Hope all goes well.
Sorry to hear this. Hard on both of you. Speedy good health to Ann.
