(08/08/2016) Looks solid. Drain holes have been filled.
“Frame off restoration to near original condition. Rebuilt original engine, transmission, transfer case, starter, and carburetor. New wiring (old style), springs, socks, clutch, tires, gas and brake lines, and more. Converted to 12v but, looks like original 6v system.”

Good point, Chris. Plus, it can’t illuminate the license plate when it’s that far up (required in AZ… although I don’t know if the truly original ones had the clear lens pointing downward).
