UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1800.
Has some rust. Doesn’t run.
“1946 Willys CJ-2a Jeep with 4 cylinder flathead engine. The engine appears to have been rebuilt or replaced. I have not been able to get it started as the starter will not engage. This would make a great Jeep for driving on the beach at Pismo because it’s rusted already. The tub is pretty rusty but the engine and chassis seem to be in good shape and the seat frames need upholstery. I do not have a windshield. When I bought the Jeep I was told it was running when it was parked some odd years ago. I have a clean title in my name and it’s registered on non-op as of July 2016.”
Pics are not that great but I don’t think its a ’46, may be a 3A
Mike,
Good point and I think you are right. It has the rain gutter that is most often found on the CJ-3A. And has an incorrect grille for a ’46.
