There are lots of new parts everywhere on this that I didn’t list; I have a folder with stacks of receipts and invoices for new parts. Runs, drives and stops well. Definitely not perfect, but a lot better than most ’52s out there. I don’t have to sell this, but I’ve taken on another Willys project and could use the room in the garage. I am just trying to see if there’s any interest out there.

Nope, original steel body with some floor repairs and decent bodywork! The lower tool indent was ruined by the previous owner and smoothed over when the bodywork was done. I believe the cowl must have been replaced because it’s nice and flat and the battery box is gone. It’s not the most original or greatest looking M38, but still a nice rig! I’m the owner of the Willys, Mike, and it’s still available!
Thanks for the update Mike. You just never know for sure on these things!
