How hard is it to post a pic? It’s hard to get someone’s attention with an ad like that

I used to be a tech support for college professors. I learned that for some people, even some really smart folks, tech is a huge challenge. And, I get emails from readers who are still challenged with taking, downloading, and emailing photos. And, some don’t have friends or kids who can help them out. But, yes, I agree the ad would be far more effective with photos.
