I think the last issue was in December 1998, right?
The National Automotive Historical Collection at the Detroit Public Library has quite a collection of them. I know they don’t have them all, but have quite a stack. I don’t think they have any past 1989. You can contact them at nahc@detroitpubliclibrary.org . They are very understaffed and may take up to a week to respond, but they will respond.
