(02/24/2016) Looks to be a mix of VEC and non VEC parts. The windshield and tranny are incorrect at the very least. Seems to have the correct rear hubs.

It is in need of restoration but the vehicle is all there, engine, transmission, all running gear, very good shape for age. The first of the are tagged as “Very Early Civilian” or VEC, which this is one of. Original color was green which is one of the two colors available in 1945. Call with questions.”
