UPDATE: Price dropped to $5500.
Looks like a VEC CJ-2A body that’s had the gas inlet covered. Tank is now in the back.

I thought so at first too Dave but then they had to get rid of the tailgate as well. Maybe an MB/GPW tub on it ? J.R.
I’d pondered that as well, but usually people don’t cut drain holes on the sides of the MB/GPW tubs. That led me to believe it wasn’t a military tub. Also, the rear of the tub has had some kind of alteration, but I can’t tell what was done.
Is there a cut in front of the right rear fender or am I blind?
If there is the tub might have the rong back end welded on it And they didn’t finish the job or else it broke because it wasn’t done right
After thought
It looks more like a cut then a broken weld.
Kyle,
I wasn’t sure either. I did notice that in another pic on the Craigslist ad that weld doesn’t seem to be there. So, I was wondering if it was a recent issue.
