Has custom bumpers front and rear. Looks solid.
“Original GPW by Ford w/4 cylinder Willys engine. Mechanically sound, runs great and is the “real deal” WWII Jeep with 7 slot grille and flush headlights.
Starts easily and runs. Includes tow bar. Recent repairs include brakes, shocks, flywheel, battery and more.
Odometer reads 64miles, not believed to be the actual miles.”
If this is a “real deal” WWII Ford GPW jeep why does it have: 7 grill slots instead of 9, a M38 1950 – 1953 solid glass style windshield, modern lock out hubs, no Ford gray paint engine, willys engine and turn signal tailights?
Hi Richard,
You can contact the seller for more info:

It’s “real deal” only in that it appears to be a GPW. However, it certainly isn’t period correct.
The seller miswrote. It does have the correct looking grille.
The windshield may be correct, but for some reason the seller installed a single piece of glass.
