“GPW starts right up, lifted, Registration Jan 14 ($473.50), brand new 33/12.5/15 on centerlines, some rust, undercoated frame, new reupholstered bucket seats, seat belts added (these years did not come with seat belts), needs windshield (flat glass can be cut through auto windshield companies here), possibly matching numbers (still have to check), bikini top, 4 wheel drive works

A cool jeep with great wheels/tires at a reasonable price… just not a WWII GPW that I can see. The only thing possibly “1944” evident from the pics is the windscreen (and it has an extension added above it).
