Carl Baklaar was a veteran signalman for Pere Marquette Railroad. He used a CJ-2A as his maintenance vehicle. Looks like a Kemco cab?

The track motor car gets little use since the off-track ‘Jeep’ transportation has been provided.

    Great article. Carl makes a good business case for using the 2A for work purposes. The lucky dog got to bring it home with him every night too!

    Great Article !!

    We have never had jeeps on the BNSF Railway but, I have taken my 3A to work with me on occasion and found it handy along the right of way. 🙂
