UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $200
Looks like a good price.
“I’ve got an aluminum hard top that came on my 1952 willys cj2a. The tag on the top says it was made by Sears and Roebuck. Comes with doors, and back window. Could be an awesome piece for a restoration.Text is the best way to get ahold of me.”
I always liked the design of these tops with the rounded roof line that gives you more head room. I remember them being advertised in the Sears Willys Jeep catalog. In many ways, Sears was ahead of it’s time seeing the potential sales to select markets. Amazing how today they are on the brink of insolvency.
A perfect fit for my 1948 CJ2A.
I sure liked their Christmas Catalogs! 🙂
Is this still available ? I live in Napa my self.
Hi Chad,
The ad expired, so the top may be available. I’ve updated the post. If I see the top again, I’ll drop you a note.

Craftsman are descent tools for the price.
all the Sears stores around me have been closed.I am not planning on buying any more craftsman tools, the lifetime warranty is not as easy to redeem as it was when Sears was in all the major towns nearby.Dave,I too could not wait to look at the Christmas catalogs as a kid a dream!:) I used to love the jeep catalogs when I got older.
Just exchanged some 30 year old Craftsmen ratchet wrenches and broken extension at my local Sears store, no problem, no questions asked. I was surprised to see they are no longer made in America, now made in China. Boy oh boy, was that a shocker.
Cool thank you david.
I have a 1946 CJ2A and that top (after restoration) would look great on it. I live in Southern Ca. And would be able to pick it up right away, especially for that price. It would’ve made a great Christmas present, if only I could track down the owner. Just my luck. Every time I get a line on a nice one, it’s on the East coast or they want a kings ransom for it.
I haven’t seen this relisted lately. It was a good price. I usually see them around $500.
