====================================

Original post (Mar. 6, 2014) Joe spotted these jeeps in a parking in downtown Florence, AZ. He writes, “I was driving north on the historic main street of old Florence AZ yesterday (about a 6 block drive) when on the left I saw these 4 old Willys jeeps… ALL FOR SALE! (not sure about the red Scrambler there).  I have not contacted the seller to find out the story behind wanting to get rid of them.”

    I don’t think that is a Dodge 6 cyl. in that one Jeep. Looks more like an AMC 6 from the late 50s. Dodges were either flathead sixes and then they went to the slant 6 engines in 1960. All of them are pretty ragged out.

    I don’t know about “ragged out”, Colin… there isn’t a rag there. It makes me wonder what the seller did with EVERY seat and seat frame… it seems a bit unusual that none are there. Hmmmmm
