Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Based on the Christmas lights in the background these pictures are six months old. Unless of course this jeep owner is like me and doesn’t take them down till Easter then the pictures are only three months old.
Not sure I would call that a once in a lifetime deal. Number of missing and incorrect parts. The body does look in good shape. All it takes is money for the rest.
Ad now shows daylight Summer pics (maybe they read Dave’s and Steve’s comments ;-))… CJ2A windshield, larger than original tires, and a side fuel filler added: just 3 of things to change if you want a true MB. An engine compartment pic would be helpful.
