Colin swears this isn’t him, but that surrey looks suspiciously similar to his. In his defense, I will say I’ve never seen him wear that red outfit to any FC Roundups, though it would match his Jeepster’s color. (see his Jeepster and Surrey here)

This is definitely not me! I don’t need a loincloth that big! LOL!! My Surrey has a duck in a sailor suit painted on each side by the former owner, Philip Chmiel, and the date on the photo is Oct., 1961. I was way skinnier then and only a senior in high school!
