This is a nice looking wagon.
“1949 Blue Jay Blue/Off White Trim with Tweed Interior Willy’s Wagon. Rebuilt mustang 302 CL carburetor V-8 Engine with a 3-speed Hurst console shifter.
Following items have been replaced or installed:
-Newly rebuilt seats and interior headliner
-4 New premium tires
-New belts and hoses; new muffler and tailpipe
-4 New shock absorbers; new water pump; new fuel pump
-Radiator flushed, new thermostat and pressure cap; wheel bearings replaced
-Complete tune-up with plugs, wires and coil; full service lube and filters
-New 12-volts system with new heavy duty battery
-New clutch, pressure plate, and throw-out bearing
-New AM/FM, CD radio with speakers installed
-New Vintage Air HVAC under-dash mounted unit installed
-New windshield wipers, converted to electric
-New tail lights with turn signal installed (front and back)
-New shoulder strap seat belts (front) and lap belts (back)
-Installed Pertronix conversion
-New fuel line
-New brushings for leaf spring assembly
-New points conversion
Looked at this one last year in Texas. If they did all of that work! Why did they paint over the rust bubbles? I also believe that it is a truck 302 with a three speed and a truck rear end that could definitely use power steering. Almost took two of us to wrestle that beast back to the used car lot
