Has an F-head, not an L-head. Listed as a CJ-2A, it looks more like an MB/GPW.
“1945 jeep was running when parked….30 years ago! has an L head 4 cyl., witch is a bit larger than the original. thus the hole in the hood for the air cleaner. 1,450 OBO ask for John”
A Washington state sale with California black plates? Wonder what the rest of the story is.
Headlight hinges look GPW, but I can’t see the front crossmember well enough, nor if there are 2 bolts securing the fender to the step to tell with more certainty.
WHAT’S that device/booster in the engine bay on the drivers side?
That’s a Bendix Hydrovac brake booster.
