To me this looks like a MACK “B” model cab grafted to the CJ2A body, pretty neat.
once had a Plymouth 383 with a chewed up ring gear on the flywheel, kind of common in the early 70’s. Engine was scary fast, but you could say it wouldn’t turn over-until new ring gear and expensive starter were installed. Maybe simple problem badly explained ?
Probably starter related. A manual transmission will push start.
Cmon, somebody save this! There’s gotta be $500 in parts or scrap value here… could be a very interesting project.
