Mbullism, St Louis MO is the nearest hub to Belleville IL. I sold a Willys part on eBay to a guy in Wyoming Illinois and tracked the shipment through St. Louis as the major hub nearby. Of course on Craigslist you can usually post your ad on any major market you think will attract your buyer.
Perhaps not what you asked: I couldn’t find a St Louis IL or a Belleville MO, either 😉
