UPDATE: Was on eBay, but ad pulled.
(11/02/2014) Here’s a rare former rescue wagon.
“1958 Willy’s delivery Wagon. I’ve owned this vehicle since 1991. It had 800 miles on it when I bought it from the Warroad Mn. Fire dept. where it was used as a rescue vehicle. Not many folks to rescue I guess. It now has 21,000 miles on it. It has the original Warn winch. I had the overdrive installed shortly after I purchased it. I have much of the original literature for it. I recently had a complete new wiring harness installed. It runs great. The only thing that doesn’t work at the moment is the windshield wipers. The interior is very utilitarian”
Judging by the jerry can and spare tire, this looks to be a really rare factory Civil Defense truck. The serial number would tell for sure. Unfortunately, it looks like all the rare stuff has been removed.
