This may be worth a look.
“1959 Jeep CJ3 Willys for sale. GREAT FOR HUNTING & in excellent running condition! Has a rebuilt engine, new clutch & pressure plate, heavy duty front winch, diamond plate rear fender support & new tires! ONLY 17,548 miles.”
We’ve seen this one before. 59 is a good year. 57 is when the 3b started to change with the large guage but 59 saw smaller parking lights, larger tranny cover that went under gas pedal, different seat mount location (similar to cj5), standard 12 volt. Someone remove that diamond plate. Needs taller hood blocks and hall style tail lights. This jeep is missing the fresh air intake on passenger side
I thought we’d seen it, but I couldn’t locate it in my records. Must have been under a different city.
Are you trying to upsell your own high hood year here? The fresh air intake hole is there on the passenger side. It has its stock cover plate on it but it’s painted body color. What’s that Texas sized piece of diamond plate hiding? Is that a brass plate on the dash? And you spelled gauge wrong! That’s for mentioning the holes…
I see it in the first pic… my mistake. What is a guage? Dang auto correct. I forgive you
I knew a guy in high school with the name Gage. Close but no cigar brother…
And of course that actor: Nigholas Gage!
No?
Wrong again?
Nicholas Cage… that’s dang funny Joe!
