UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $8700.
The jeep appears sound., however, there are two holes in the dash and the rear driver’s corner top holder has been partly removed.
“Very original, rust free low mileage 1953 CJ3B. Included — original back seat, original tailgate with an M38 tailgate, overdrive, original wheels (five of them), heater, lock out hubs and a fifth aluminum rim. Titled on MN”
This is a nice high hood. Can’t tell if original paint. Not only 5 stock wheels come with it, he has the 5th mag, too. I like how he bought another tailgate to hang his tire on rather than drill the original. My brother loves this jeep and talked to the owner yesterday. It’s a beaut, Clark!
This jeep is great. The hat channels look nice and the body looks in great shape. The holes in the dash were for a stereo. Easy fix. The rear bow pockets were cut for an old style soft top that didn’t have a relief notch. My 59 was done exactly the same. This jeep came from Colorado originally which is where mine came from. Priced a little high but with how nice the jeep is and comes with an overdrive and extra set of wheels make it a pretty nice package. I love how the seller got another tailgate to not ruin the original (with the stencil) gate. A full set of original wheels…Nice
